General Provisions

This Policy is the official document of the La2Team website, accessible at https://la2.team, and it defines the procedures for processing and protecting information about Users.

Relationships related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information about the users of the website are governed by this Policy, the User Agreement, other official documents of the Site Administration, and the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

By registering on the Site and using it, the User expresses their consent to the terms outlined in this Policy. In case of disagreement with this Policy, the use of the Site and its services must be immediately terminated.

The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill the obligations of the Site Administration to the User.

Terms and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Site Administration does not require the provision of personal data, but in cases of voluntary provision by the User, it may only store the personal data necessary to provide feedback to the User.

The personal information of the User may be used by the Site Administration for the following purposes:

Identification of parties within agreements and contracts with the Site Administration;
Contacting the user, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the Site, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
Improvement of the quality of services on the Site, the convenience of the Site, and the development of new Site features;
Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

The Site Administration stores the personal information of Users in accordance with internal regulations.

Regarding the personal information of the User, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases of voluntary provision of information by the user about themselves for general access by an unlimited number of individuals.

The Site Administration may transfer the personal information of the User to third parties in the following cases:

The User has expressed their consent to such actions;
The transfer is necessary in the context of the User's use of the Site;
The transfer is provided for by Ukrainian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedures established by law;
Such transfer occurs within the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), in which case all obligations for compliance with the terms of this Policy regarding the received personal information are transferred to the acquirer;
For the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Site Administration or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement.

When processing the personal data of Users, the Site Administration is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

Entry into Force and Amendments to the Policy

This Policy comes into effect upon publication on the Site and is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new Policy.

The current version of the Policy is a public document.
